Aluminum ANH Rivet Head Cap
This is a simple little upgrade that anyone can do to upgrade their ANH Graflex. The chronicles photos from the RPF show that the original screen used prop had an oddly oversized rivet head on the clamp lever. The size of the rivet is not seen on a standard Graflex flash gun which leads me to believe the original lever snapped during filming and they either made or found something to replace the pin, hence the oversized rivet head. (This could also be why the lever is not fully closed in the set photos) These small caps simply fit over your existing rivet head on your vintage or replica Graflex. **Please note: Vintage Graflex rivet heads vary in size ever so slightly and you may need to modify the existing rivet head on your flash unit to get a perfect fit. image shown above is of a cap installed on a vintage inc. version Graflex lever. To install these caps all you need to do is put a small dab of glue on the existing rivet head, place the cap in position and wait for the glue to dry. Check out my YouTube tutorial for reference.
